Grilled Peaches With Sweet Ricotta

4 peaches, skin on, pitted, halved

1/2 cup Ricotta cheese

1/2 cup Mascarpone cheese

1/2 cup powdered sugar

fresh nutmeg

Small mixing bowl

Place peaches cut side down on preheated grill.  grill for 1-2 minutes.  Remove from grill and remove outside skin, which will come off easy, let peaches cool. In a small mixing bowl, add; Ricotta, Mascarpone, powdered sugar and fresh grated nutmeg (just a pinch). Mix well and dollop over cooled grilled peaches.
Serves 4
