Fresh Berries For The Summer Makes For A Berry Good Dessert!

Ingredients
2 cups fresh blueberries
2 cups fresh blackberries
2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced in half
1 cup raspberries (optional)
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 stick cold butter, diced
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions
Preheat oven to 375 Degrees F. Place flour, butter, sugar and vanilla in a food processor and pulse to combine to make crumbs. If need be, take crumbs out to a work surface and use your hands to combine to make the crumbles. Place half of the crumbs evenly in a baking dish, disperse the berries evenly on top of the crumbles then evenly coat the rest of the crumbs on the top of the berries. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Cool to room temperature, can be served with whipped cream or ice cream.
Cook’s Note: raspberries are optional, they tend to get more mushy than the other berries.
