Ingredients
2 cups cooked lobster, rough chopped (stores can steam the lobster for you)
3/4 cup celery sliced
1/2 cup red onion diced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp fresh dill
1 tbsp fresh tarragon minced
1/4 tsp Old Bay seasoning
4 brioche split top hotdog buns

Directions
In a large mixing bowl, place all ingredients, mix thoroughly and place in refrigerator for several hours to chill. Place lobster mixture in the brioche buns just before serving.
