Iced Coffee With Cinnamon Date Cold Foam

Cooking Time: No cooking required

Ingredients

2 cups cold brew, store bought or homemade

1/4 cup cream

1/2 cup whole milk

2 dates, pitted

2 tsp honey

1/4 tsp vanilla bean extract

pinch of cinnamon + dusting

ice cubes

Cooking Tools

Ninja smoothie blender (single)

Directions

Pour cream, milk, dates, honey, vanilla and cinnamon in a blender and blend for 1 minute.

Pour cold brew over ice in 2 cups, add cold foam on top and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Serves 2
