Matcha Ice cream

Ingredients

4 Tbsp Matcha Green Tea powder, culinary grade

2 cups cold heavy cream

1 cup of cold whole milk

3/4 cup super fine sugar

1 Tbsp corn syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

pinch of salt

Cooking Tools

Ice cream machine

Medium mixing bowl

Container with lid

Direction

Prepare ice cream machine ahead of time according to manufacturers directions. Whisk together all ingredients in a mixing bowl until well mixed and no lumps.

Pour base ingredients into the ice cream machine and start the churn. The ice cream should be smooth, creamy and thick. Remove ice cream and transfer into a container with lid and place in the freezer for 5+ hours.

Serves 4
