Burrata Pistachio Pistou

Served Over Crusty Bread!

2 large Burrata cheese

1/2 cup pistachio nut, shelled

1 cup parsley leaves

1 clove garlic, pressed

1/2 cup olive oil

2 tbsp shallots, minced

1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp lemon zest

2 tsp white wine vinegar



Cooking Tools

Food Processor 

Place nuts, parsley, garlic, olive oil, shallots, Parmesan cheese, lemon zest and vinegar in the food processor.  Pulse and mince ingredients.  Place Burrata cheese on serving platter and slice open.  Pour Pistachio Pistou on top and season with some salt and Pepper. Spread on top of crusty bread slices.
