Fusilli Ranch Salad

A Delicious Salad And Easy Side Dish!

Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 10-12 minutes
Cooling Time: 2-3 hours

1/2 box Fusilli pasta
1 cup Ranch dressing
1 cup Sweet Italian dressing
2 shallots, sliced thin
2 cups grape tomatoes, halved
1 1/2 cups English cucumber, diced
1 cup frozen sweet peas, thawed
1/2 cup parsley, chopped
2 cups fresh baby spinach leaves
1 1/2 cups Radicchio leaves, chopped

Large mixing bowl


Cook pasta in salted boiling water according to box directions.  Drain, rinse and cool pasta, set aside.  Prepare cut vegetables while pasta is cooling.  Place cooked Fusilli in a large mixing bowl and add the vegetables on top.  Add in the Ranch and Italian dressing and toss all ingredients until well coated.  Salt and pepper to taste.  Place in refrigerator for a few hours to chill.
