Alabama White BBQ Sauce

1/4 cup water

1/4 cup white wine vinegar

1 tbsp coarsely ground pepper

1 tbsp Creole mustard

1 tsp salt

1 tsp sugar

2 garlic cloves, finely minced

2 tsp grated horseradish sauce

Cooking Tools

Medium Skillet

Medium mixing bowl

Small sauce pan

Directions
On medium heat, add oil to the skillet and saute onion slices and garlic for 15 minutes, until browned. Add in the pulled chicken and cook until chicken is also browned.  Salt and pepper chicken to taste. In a small sauce pan, add the ingredients for the white BBQ sauce and heat on a simmer for a few minutes.   You don’t want the oil to separate from the mayonnaise. Spoon chicken and onions on a sliced bun and top with a couple of tablespoons of white sauce on top and place some chopped iceberg lettuce.  Serves with Sweet Potato Wedges.
