Almond & Parmesan Crackers

1 3/4 cup almond flour
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 large egg
1/2 tsp garlic power
pinch salt
fresh cracked pepper

Small mixing bowl

2 sheets parchment paper

Rolling pin

Preheat oven to 350 Degrees F.  Place ingredients in mixing bowl and mix. Create a flat disk and roll out between parchment 2 parchment sheets with a rolling pin to a thickness of a nickel.  Cut with a knife into squares, place on baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Cool, then use for canape. For best consistency, make in batches.
