Sweet Tea Pork Chops

24 Hour Brined Pork Chops!
Difficulty: Easy
Prep Time: 24 hours
Cooking Time: 15-20 minutes


4 thick, bone in pork chops
5 cups cold sweet tea
3/4 tsp garlic powder
minced parsley

Cooking Tools

Large zip lock freezer bag

Outdoor grill

Place chops and sweet tea in a zip lock bag and seal with air pressed out. Place bag in refrigerator for 24 hours.  Remove chops from tea and pat dry. Season with garlic powder, salt and pepper.  Preheat outdoor grill to medium-high, grill chops (depending on thickness) 15-20 minutes.
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving and garnish with minced parsley.
Serves 4
