Vegan Mango & Pineapple Smoothie

Don’t Know What To Do With Tofu?

Cooking Time: No cooking required

Ingredients

2 oz. Silken Tofu

1 cup fresh mango, diced

1 cup fresh pineapple diced

1 cup mango nectar

1 cup pineapple nectar

1 tbsp fresh lime juice

1 cup ice

assorted berries for garnish

Cooking Tools

Blender

Directions
Place all ingredients into the blender and blend for 1 minute, until smooth.  Garnish with fresh berries.  Mint leaves optional.
Serves 2
