Difficulty: Easy
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: No cooking required
Ingredients
4 medium size Burrata, torn in half
2 naval oranges or similar
2 blood oranges
1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
olive oil for drizzle
balsamic glaze ( optional )
Cooking Tools
Sharp carving knife
Serving platter
Directions
Using a sharp knife, slice both ends of an orange so you have a stable orange on a cutting board. Slice down skin off the inside orange not leaving the white pith, which is bitter. Slice across to create rounds of orange slices, repeat with the other oranges. Place orange slices on a serving platter, add torn burrata throughout, spread pomegranates on top and drizzle with olive oil. If you use the balsamic glaze, do that drizzle last before serving.
