With Mini Meatballs, Could You Get More Nostalgic Than This!

Ingredients

Pasta Anellini, half a bag (10 0z.)

1 large jar Marinara sauce

3/4 lb. ground beef

1/2 cup panko bread crumbs

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1 egg yolk

1/4 cup cream

1 Tbsp Velvetta cheese

salt

pepper

Parmesan cheese for topping

Cooking Tools

Slow cooker

Large pot

Medium mixing bowl

Direction

Place sauce in slow cooker and turn on low. Place ground beef, bread crumbs, onion powder, garlic powder, egg yolk, cream, salt & pepper. Mix beef well until all ingredients are mixed, make mini meatballs and place directly in the sauce. Slow cook for 8 hours, 30 minutes before serving, add Velvetta cheese and stir until melted. Cook pasta according to directions, drain and then add pasta to the sauce, toss and serve. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
