Spicy Chili Crisp Eggs

Great Served Over Rice!

Difficulty: Easy

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cooking Time: 5-8 minutes

Ingredients

2 eggs

1 large Tbsp of Momofuku Chili Crunch or Chili Crisps

2 tsp Gochujang

2 tsp butter

1 Tbsp Mirin

sliced green onions for garnish

pepper

cooked rice

Cooking Tools

Small non-stick frying pan with lid

Directions

Melt butter over low heat, add mirin, chili crunch and Gochujang until melted and at a simmer. Add 2 eggs and cracked black pepper on top. simmer with lid on until whites are cooked. No need to flip, serve with hot rice.

Serves 1
