Ingredients
10 -12 store made fresh or frozen chicken potstickers
1 can coconut cream
1 Tbsp. Thai 7 spice
1 Tbsp. Thai red curry paste
2 tsp minced garlic
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp grated ginger
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp Garlic Chili crisp oil
Sprinkle of crispy fried onions, small chopped
chopped green onions for garnish

Small mixing bowl
Baking dish

Directions
Preheat oven to 375 Degrees F. Whisk together in the mixing bowl; coconut cream, 7 spice, curry paste, minced garlic, soy sauce, ginger, sesame oil and set aside. Place potstickers in a baking dish and pour liquid ingredients over the potstickers. Bake in oven for 30-40 minutes, remove from oven and garnish with Chili oil, crispy fried onions and chopped green onions. Can be served as an appetizer or a meal with rice.
