Ingredients
2 skinless chicken breast, sliced thin
1/2 red onion, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 cup frozen corn
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp chipotle powder
1 cup milk whole
1 cup cream
salt
pepper
1 box penne, cook according to directions.

Directions
Cook pasta according to directions. In a large skillet on medium heat, sauté chicken breast in olive oil and butter until done, Add vegetables and seasonings, cook until semi tender. Add liquids, reduced heat until it is reduced and thickened. Add cooked and drained penne and cilantro and toss. Cook for a few more minutes, then serve.
