Ingredients
Italian bread, thick slices
small tomatoes on the vine
1/2 cup Ricotta cheese
Balsamic vinegar
olive oil
salt
pepper

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 Degree F. Place tomatoes on a sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil, salt & pepper. Bake in oven for 12-15 minutes. Spread ricotta cheese and top with crushed roasted tomatoes on a slice of toasted bread, splash with some Balsamic vinegar (optional).
