Bang Bang Shrimp

This Recipe Can Be Doubled For A Flavorful Appetizer!
Difficulty: Easy
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 3-4 minutes


1/2 lb. medium shrimp, shell off & deveined
2 tbsp cornstarch
2-3 tbsp vegetable oil
3 tbsp Thai sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
2 tbsp mayonnaise
pinch of salt
green onion, sliced
2 cups spinach leaves

Small mixing bowl



In a small mixing bowl, add shrimp and cornstarch. Toss shrimp in cornstarch until coated.  Heat wok on high heat and add oil. Toss shrimp in oil for a minute to sear but not full cooked.  Add in chili sauce, Sriracha sauce, Mayonnaise and a pinch of salt. Cook for additional 1-2 minutes or until shrimp is fully cooked.  Place shrimp on a bed of spinach leaves and garnish with sliced green onions.
