Peach Sticky Buns

A Southern,Yummy, Sticky, Peachy, Dessert!
Difficulty: Easy
Prep Time: 45 minutes
Cooking Time: 1 hour

Ingredients

1 bag 20 oz. frozen peaches
1 cup light brown sugar + 2 cups light brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup + 2 cups pumpkin spice pecans
3/4 cup golden raisins
1 box ( 2 sheets) Pepperidge Farms Puff Pastry Sheets, thawed
1/2 stick butter

Directions

Preheat oven 400 Degrees F. In a skillet melt butter and add peaches, brown sugar, vanilla extract and 1 cup whole pecans. Cook on medium heat to reduce liquid until syrup like.  Place cooked peaches in bottom of baking pan.  Unfold pastry sheets and lay end to end.  Press down seams to seal.  Spread 2 cups of brown sugar evenly over the sheets, leaving 1 inch at one end..  Place 2 cups of crushed pecan on top and the golden raisin.  Roll from one end to the other and seal with a little water.  Slice rolls into 2 inch slices and place filling side up on top of the cooked peaches, leaving space between each slice.  Place in oven and bake for 55-60 minutes.  If it start to to brown to much, add a sheet of foil for the last 10 of cooking.  Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before inverting onto a parchment lined sheet pan.  Place any loose peach mixture on top of each sticky bun and place each bun on a cooling rack to set.Yields 6
