Granola Pancakes

Just Another Texture And Flavor Boost!
Difficulty: Easy
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

2 cups Bisquick pancake mix

2 eggs

1 cup milk

1 1/4 cups granola

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

butter

Maple syrup

Cooking Tools

Nonstick skillet

Metal rings molds (optional)

Medium mixing bowl

Directions
In a mixing bowl, add; Bisquick, eggs, milk, vanilla and whisk.  Fold in the granola and blend well. Heat some butter in a skillet on low and if using the rings, make sure you grease the inside before placing in the skillet. Ladle batter into the rings or the skillet.  Wait until you start to see bubbles and the sides start to firm. Flip pancakes and cook for additional minute. Cook’s Notes: If using a ring, fill the batter half way up the ring and the cooking time might be just a bit longer due the thickness of the pancake. Flip the ring along with the pancake to keep the shape as it finishes cooking. Serve with butter and Maple syrup.
