Perfect Appetizer For A Party!

Ingredients
King’s Hawaiian Dinner Rolls, 12 count
1 lb ground round beef
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 tsp dried Italian herbs
1 large jar Marinara sauce ( RAO’S )
1 tbsp chives, minced
1 cup Italian shedded cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
1 egg
salt
pepper
Garlic Herb Butter
Ingredients
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp Italian herbs
2 cloves garlic, pressed
pinch of red pepper flakes
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper


Cooking Tools
Cupcake pan, 12 or 2 (6) count
Saucepan
Mixing bowl
Cast iron pan
Pastry Brush

Directions
First, lets make the meatballs! In a mixing bowl, add; ground round beef, panko, Parmesan cheese, garlic, Italian herbs, 2 tbsp of the Marinara sauce, chives, egg, salt & pepper. Mix well and shape into 2″ circumstance meatballs. Heat cast iron pan on medium-high heat and drizzle some olive oil to coat bottom of pan, then place meatball just to brown on all sides. Pour in marinara sauce and turn heat to low, place lid on top and cook for 1 hour occasionally turning meatballs. While meatballs are cooking, prepare the dinner rolls by cutting and X into the top of buns an push each cut side down into the bun created a hole half way down the bun. In a saucepan, melt all the ingredients for the Garlic Herb Butter and using a pastry brush, slather the garlic butter inside and outside of buns and place in cupcake tin. Preheat oven to 350 Degrees F. and place buns in the oven for about 5 minutes and remove from oven. Place each cooked meatball in the prepared hole and sprinkle with shredded Italian cheese and place back in oven for about 20 minutes. Serve hot, It’s absolutely delicious! You can also brush on any leftover Garlic Herb Butter on top just before r serving.
