Homemade Big Mac

Ingredients

1 bag (4 count) sesame seed burger buns

1 1/4 lbs. chuck & brisket blend from your local butcher, patties or 1 box, 4 patties of Schweid & Sons Signature blend chuck and brisket

2 cups iceberg lettuce, shredded

1/4 cup onion, minced

1/2 cup ketchup

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 Tbsp sweet pickle relish

Kosher dill hamburger pickle slices

4 slices American cheese

Kinder’s Buttery Steakhouse Seasoning

Cooking Tools

Cast iron griddle

Small mixing bowl

Directions

Prepare the patties with a sprinkle of Kinder’s Buttery Steakhouse Seasoning on both sides of the patties. Preheat the griddle to hot and cook burgers to your temperature liking, add a slice of cheese the last 30 seconds of cooking to melt. Remove burgers and set aside for a minute. While the burger is cooking, make the sauce; In a small mixing bowl, add; ketchup, mayonnaise and relish, mix well.

To prepare burgers: Split the 2 buns, you will use the bottom of the extra buns for the middle bun of the burgers. Layer the burger, example below ⬇️
