Something A Little Decadent In The Morning!

4 thick slices white bread, Brioche, Challah
2 cups Keebler graham cracker crumbs
1 cup Jett Puff Marshmallow spread
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 eggs, whisked
1/2 cup milk
2 Small mixing bowl
Preheat oven to 400 Degrees F. In a mixing bowl, whisk; eggs and milk. Add graham cracker crumbs in the other mixing bowl. Spread Marshmallow spread thick or thin on sliced bread, top with the other slice. Dip sandwich into the egg mixture, soak on all sides. Place dipped bread into the crumbs and coat on all sides. Melt butter on medium heat, and fry french toast a few minutes on each side. Place on sheet pan and bake in oven for 10 minutes. Sprinkle chocolate chips and drizzle with maple syrup.
