Wicked Cowboy Candy Ribs

Spicy & Sweet, Sticky And Addictive!

Ingredients

1 slab Baby back ribs, sliced individual ribs

1 Tbsp Kinder’s Buttery Steakhouse Seasoning https://kinders.com/products/buttery-steakhouse-rub/

1 jar Wickles Wicked Jalapeño Slices https://wicklespickles.com/product/wicked-jalapeno-slices-12-oz/

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup honey

1 tsp apple cider vinegar 

2 garlic cloves, minced

Cooking Tools

Medium saucepan 

Baking dish 

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 Degrees F. Place cut ribs on a sheet pan and sprinkle generously with the Kinder’s seasoning and bake in the oven or outside grill and bake for 1 hour. while the ribs are baking/ grilling, prepare the sauce: In a saucepan, add; Wickles jalapeño peppers, brown sugar, honey, vinegar and garlic.

Simmer sauce to reduce some liquid and the sugar melts. Remove ribs from oven and transfer to a baking dish and pour the sauce over the ribs and place back in the oven for additional 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
