1/4 cup of half & half

Direction
Preheat oven to 370 Degrees F/188 C. In a mixing bowl, whip with a hand mixer the 1 stick of softened butter, brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon and vanilla extract. Place the cut King’s Hawaiian rolls in a baking dish and spread the butter mixture over the cut rolls with an off-set spatula evenly. Place the top half of the rolls on top and brush a layer of melted butter and cover with foil and bake in the oven for about 25 minutes. Remove foil and brush more butter on top and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes uncovered. While the rolls are baking, make the icing. Whisk together the powdered sugar, vanilla extract and half & half until smooth. If the icing is too runny, just whisk a little more powdered sugar. Once the rolls are done baking, set aside to cool about about 10 minutes and then drizzle icing on top.
