1 1/2 cups brown sugar

2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 stick butter, melted

Cooking Tools

Parchment lined sheet pan with cooling rack

Directions

Preheat oven to 370 Degrees F/ 188 C. Slice croissant length wise, 3-4 slices per croissant. Spread melted butter with a pastry brush on one side of croissant. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon on a flat plate and dip the butter side down onto the brown sugar mixture and sprinkle some of the brown sugar mixture on the top side. Place on a rack over a parchment lined sheet pan and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes. Watch closely so the sugar does not burn, this could also be baked in an air-fryer with reduced cooking time. Set aside to cool to crisp up.
